Corinne Kuester has been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years of her life but she found her passion for “all things restaurant” a little over ten years ago at McCormick and Schmicks. She loves the adrenaline rush of a busy evening of service and she takes personal satisfaction in making someone else’s dining experience not just a meal, but a delightful and relaxing event. Corinne is always evolving and staying current in everything from food to fashion. She is an exceptional hostess in both her home and her job. She was thrilled to be chosen as “Hostess of the Month” in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in 2017. Corinne believes the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
Lucas has been in the industry for 18 years, cutting his professional teeth in the butchering trade with a focus on sausage making. A graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Lucas has been on the team with several of Southeastern Wisconsin’s slow-food and farm-to-table pioneering restaurants. Lucas has also contributed his spare time as a vendor and demonstrator at the Shorewood and Fond du Lac Avenue farmer’s markets, as well as teaching children’s courses in the Riverwest community.
Kerry Ann grew up on the North side of Chicago, spending many weekends in & out of family owned bars and restaurants, where she was first introduced to the industry. She has developed her talent for combining flavors, staying ahead of the trends and updating classics over the last 15 years, all the while rooting on her beloved Chicago Cubs. She is new to Milwaukee and is excited to bring her style & expertise to View MKE. Kerry Ann strives to develop seasonal cocktail menus using only the freshest ingredients, finest spirits, beers and wines, while maintaining approachability and a little bit of intrigue. From working VIP Tents at Lalapalooza to small Irish pubs on the NW Side of Chicago, her understanding of quality of service is what makes her so versatile. Kerry Ann infuses her rock-n’-roller-meets-Rosie-the-riveter attitude and aesthetic into her management style and is always ready to roll up her sleeves to get the job done, while maintaining that you are only as good as your weakest component, and that with the right attitude you can spin anything into gold.
